USPTO expands cooperation with SIPO

The USPTO has increased cooperation with SIPO and launched plans for a pilot patent prosecution highway (PPH) between the two offices

Speaking at the China-International IP Forum on Wednesday, USPTO Deputy Director Sharon Barner said that the pilot PPH was planned as part of a comprehensive memorandum of understanding agreed with SIPO on May 19.
