Locke launches copyright review

US Commerce Secretary Gary Locke yesterday headlined a symposium hosted by the USPTO and the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) aimed at discussing copyright policy, creativity and innovation in the internet age

The Department of Commerce said it will seek comment from the public this month on "the effectiveness of copyright law" as part of a report on "domestic policy...
