UDRP needs examination, says Icann Working Group

The final report of the Registration Abuse Policies Group has called for an investigation into “the current state of the UDRP”

As reported last week, an Icann Working Group has recommended that a policy development process be started through an issues report to "investigate the current state of the UDRP, and consider balanced revisions to address cybersquatting".

The Working Group's final report was published on May 29.

The recommendation comes from the section in the report dealing with cybersquatting.
