UDRP report and post-delegation draft concern WIPO

A WIPO representative has reiterated concerns over the limiting scope of Icann’s draft post-delegation dispute mechanism and a draft report touching on the UDRP

Speaking to Managing Internet IP at the INTA Annual Meeting in Boston, Director of the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center Erik Wilbers addressed two developments within Icann.

One concerns the work of an Icann Registration Abuse Policies Working Group, which has called for an examination of, among other things, the current state of the UDRP.
