A study into the way in which UDRP disputes are allocated to National Arbitration Forum panellists has concluded that a small number of panellists judge a large percentage of its cases

The study, carried out by Canadian lawyer Zak Muscovitch, claims that a single panellist has decided nearly 10% of the NAF’s nearly 10,000 UDRP decisions to date.
