Spanish court rules P2P links are legal

Lawyers have criticised a court ruling that found in favour of a website that hosted peer-to-peer file sharing links

On March 11, the Barcelona Mercantile Court rejected an action brought by the Spanish Society of Authors Composers and Publishers (SGAE) against the elrincondejesus.com website that offered links to P2P networks containing illegal software to download.
