UK man cleared of music downloading crime

A criminal court in the UK has cleared a man who set up a music file-sharing website of conspiracy to defraud

Alan Ellis, who set up website OiNK, which had allowed members to download more than 20 million songs for free, was charged after police closed down the site following a raid on his home in 2007.
