A Utah State Senator’s proposed Act would allow trade mark owners to sue infringing registrants of domains and their affiliates
Utah State Senator Steve Urquhart introduced the Utah e-Commerce Integrity Act last November for consideration by the Utah state legislature this January.
The Act proposes to put in place prohibitions and penalties for cyber-squatting, malware, phishing and pharming.
