Apple fires back at Nokia over patents

Apple has countersued Nokia in a Delaware court, claiming that the company is infringing 13 of Apple’s patents
In October , Nokia claimed that Apple's iPhone infringes 10 of Nokia's patents for wireless technologies.
Nokia said that Apple has been unwilling to agree licensing terms for use of the technology and that the company "is attempting to get a free ride on the back of Nokia's innovation".
