Trade marks face non-Latin domain trouble

Icann’s decision to allow non-Latin characters into domain names raises new questions for those looking to protect their trade marks online

On Friday October 30 the Board of Icann approved the use of non-Latin characters in a limited number of country-code top-level domains (ccTLDs) with a fast-track process scheduled to begin on November 16.
