Gurry highlights “paralysed” IP policy

Attempts to keep IP policy in line with changing technology have been “paralysed” by differences between developing and developed countries, said Francis Gurry on Monday

The WIPO director general was addressing the Interamerican Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI) at the organisation’s 17th Congress, which is being held this week in Lima, Peru.
