Setback for Google over adwords in India

Google has lost the first round of a fight over adwords in India after a court sided with a trade mark owner by granting them a preliminary injunction
On September 18 the Madras High Court in Chennai issued a preliminary interim injunction preventing the search engine from selling keyword advertising that infringes on trade marks owned by Consim Info, a company that runs a number of websites designed to help people arrange marriages.
