The key to surviving the economic downturn is to stay true to your brand values, according to this year’s keynote speaker, brand owner and supermodel Elle Macpherson.
Addressing a ballroom packed with INTA attendees, Macpherson said that the prospect of delivering a speech at the Annual Meeting had given her a chance to reflect on my own brand values and how I communicate them.
