Qualcomm and Broadcom announced on Sunday that they have settled all pending patent litigation over technology used in the microprocessors that power mobile phones
The wireless communications companies have entered into a settlement and multi-year patent agreement dismissing all patent infringement claims in the International Trade Commission and US District Court in Santa Ana. Broadcom will also withdraw its complaints to the European Commission and the Korea Fair Trade Commission.
