UK pledges to fast-track green patents

The UK government has revealed plans to fast-track so-called green patents in an effort to boost environmentally friendly technology
Speaking at a reception organised by the IP Office last night, David Lammy, Minister of State for Higher Education and Intellectual Property, said that he wanted to see the development of green technologies because they would offer jobs for the future.
