The UK has the least consumer-friendly rules “by far”, according to survey of copyright law in 16 countries carried out by a consumer watchdog
The report by Consumer International is its first Intellectual Property Watch List a response to what it calls the one-sided analysis of the US Trade Representatives annual IP Watch List, which names and shames countries that the US government says fail to protect intellectual property adequately.
