TomTom strikes back at Microsoft

In response to Microsoft’s claims that TomTom is infringing several of its patents related to GPS technology, TomTom has filed a countersuit against Microsoft in the Eastern District of Texas

Microsoft filed its complaints in the US District Court for the Western District of Washington and at the International Trade Commission earlier this month, marking the first time the company has alleged patent infringement related to the open source...
