Congress considers biosimilars

The US House of Representatives is considering a bill that would establish a framework for allowing generic biologics to enter the US market

The Pathway for Biosimilars Act was re-introduced this congressional session by US representatives Anna Eshoo, a Democrat from California, Jay Inslee, a Democrat from Washington and Joe Barton, a Republican from Texas.
