Managing Intellectual Property

Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw & Pittman has hired former Darby & Darby attorney, Raj Davé, to join its IP practice as a partner in the firm’s Northern Virginia office.

Davé’s practice spans patent prosecution, counselling, litigation and interference in the areas of chemistry, material science, biotechnology and electronics. Prior to working for Darby & Darby, he served as national co-head of Morrison & Foerster’s nanotech and materials group.

He is also manager of the India Project of the George Washington University School of Law, which entails leading a delegation of IP judges and lawyers to India.
