The US Chamber of Commerce has highlighted best practices in IP enforcement by companies including Johnson & Johnson, Merck & Co, the NBA, Unilever and Microsoft

The companies feature in the Chamber’s “Intellectual Property and Enforcement Manual”, which was released on Friday.The Manual was produced by the Chamber’s Global Intellectual Property Center and is meant to serve as a brand protection tool for businesses.According to the Manual, global counterfeiting and piracy is “growing at an alarming pace”, costing US companies between $200 billion and $250 billion a year in lost revenues and resulting in...
