Jiang Zhipei, former chief justice of the IP Tribunal within the Supreme People's Court has joined full-service Chinese law firm Fangda Partners as a senior advisor.
Jiang resigned from his posts as Commissioner of the trial committee and chief justice of the Third Civil Tribunal (the IP tribunal) on September 30. He joined Fangda on October 9.
Jiang Zhipei took part in a Managing IP roundtable on China in September 2004 and was named one of Managing IP’s 50 most important people in IP in 2004 and 2005.
