On October 26 Hong Kong became the 50th jurisdiction to acquire a Creative Commons licence.
The Creative Commons is a system of copyright licences that are designed to encourage creativity and the sharing of creative works.
Creative Commons founder Prof Lawrence Lessig of Stanford and chief executive Joi Ito attended the launch at the HKICC Lee Shau Kee School of Creativity.
