Australian IP firm Griffith Hack has launched a clean and sustainable technologies group to be headed by Sydney-based partner Robert Wulff. The group will operate across the firms offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth and comprises patent and trade mark attorneys, IP lawyers and research professionalsThe firm has also launched a clean IP website and blog. In the US, firms such as Finnegan Henderson, Jones Day, Wolf Greenfield and Marshall Gerstein & Borun have already set up IP-specific cleantech groups. Managing IPs September edition contains a feature looking at IP issues relevant to the boom in clean technology.
