Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe made its seventh partner-level IP hire this year with the addition of Deborah Fishman, who joins the firm from Day Casebeer Madrid & Batchelder.
Fishman focuses on biotechnology and pharmaceutical litigation in big patent disputes and has also handled technology cases involving software, medical devices and electronics.
She will be based in the firm’s Silicon Valley office.
