The Chicago office of Howrey has gained Thomas Williams as a partner in its IP group.
Williams focuses his litigation practice on trade mark and unfair competition matters, and has advised clients on issues regarding both traditional and non-traditional marks, including trade dress, colour marks and sound marks.
Williams has represented clients in federal district and appellate courts, and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the USPTO.
