IP barrister switches chambers

Managing Intellectual Property

Barrister Michael Edenborough is to join Serle Court chambers from Hogarth Chambers in London.

Edenborough, an IP specialist, has appeared in more than 55 reported cases.

He represented the Comptroller General of Patents in the Rhone-Poulenc Rorer v Yeda Research case in the House of Lords and the UK government before the ECJ in adidas v Marca Mode.
