Bell Boyd & Lloyd has hired former Howrey attorney, David Fournier, as a partner in the its IP group in Chicago.
Fournier's background is in bioscience and cancer research and he has worked as a patent scientist/agent for Pfizer.
His practice focuses on global patent portfolio management, Hatch-Waxman counselling and IP transactions for companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical and medical device industries.
