This collaborative resource will center committee, subcommittee and project team activity in one place on the Web. Committee members will be able to gather and share information specific to their individual committee, subcommittee or project team needs, as well as manage projects and documents from their desktop anywhere in the world. Navigation is intuitive and refreshingly familiar. Users will be able to drill down to a specific committee, subcommittee or project team to which they have been assigned. Upon doing so, users can communicate with their team, share information, post discussions, review project scopes / deadlines / responsibilities and collaborate as never before!

Some of the Committee Portal’s resource tools include:

• Direct access to a committee, subcommittee or project team’s documents, including conference call materials;

• A calendar of upcoming committee, subcommittee or project team events;

• An interactive communication tool;

• Committee, subcommittee or project team email distribution lists;

• A project management space; and

• Important links relevant to the group’s work product.
