Cadbury loses purple packaging row, but fights on

Cadbury has pledged to appeal after losing the latest round of its Australian legal battle with rival chocolate maker Darrell Lea over the use of the colour purple

On Friday, the Federal Court of Australia ruled that Sydney-based Darrell Lea had not passed off its products as those of Cadbury's or breached the Trade Practices Act by selling chocolates packaged in purple coloured wrapping.
