This month's cover story looks at the IP developments taking place in India. While most multinational companies have focused their investment efforts in recent years on China rather than its large, south-east Asian neighbour, the Indian government's determination to reform the IP regime and reduce some of the red tape that has deterred foreign investors in recent decades means that many companies are reconsidering their strategies in the country. Those that have not should start to do so.
