Duane Morris has hired former Alston & Bird IP litigator David Maxwell as a partner in its Atlanta office.

Maxwell’s practice is focused on patent, trade mark and copyright litigation, licensing and IP counselling. He has particular experience in business method patents, film structures, radar applications, packaging products and structures, software, and electronic and mechanical products.
Maxwell is the sixth attorney to join the firm’s Atlanta office in the past three months.
