Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge’s London office, which was formerly Kendall Freeman, has hired partner Rajita Sharma from rival Reed Smith Richards Butler.
Sharma focuses on IP issues in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries and has worked on cell surface proteins, compositions for anti-viral therapy, immunology therapy and medical devices.
Her clients have included Johnson & Johnson, Stena Rederi and Finsa.
Edwards Angell’s life sciences clients include Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Genzyme, Novartis and Oxford Pharmaceuticals.
Sharma is qualified to practise in England and Wales and in India.
