China: Full service law firm Jones Day has hired two lawyers who will join its China IP team as of counsel. Steven Cui (left) joins the firm's Beijing office and Daniel Mao will split his time between the firm's Silicon Valley and Shanghai offices. Cui spent seven years as in-house counsel at biotechnology corporation Genentech in San Francisco while Mao joins from US IP boutique Townsend and Townsend and Crew.
