Joseph Calvaruso, who formerly headed the IP group at Chadbourne & Parke, has joined Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe’s New York office as partner.
Calvaruso spent 25 years at Morgan & Finnegan before joining Chadbourne in 2005. He has litigated patent cases in federal courts and before the International Trade Commission across a range of areas, including medical devices, automotive parts and software. He also handles both patent and trade mark prosecution.
