Winston & Strawn nabs three from Thelen Reid

Winston & Strawn has hired former Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner partners David Aronoff, Gayle Jenkins and Patrick Ryan to work in the firm’s west coast litigation practice.

Aronoff served as former co-chair of Thelen Reid’s intellectual property and trade regulation group and has extensive litigation experience in patent, trade mark and copyright matters.

Jenkins’ practice is focused on complex business and IP disputes stemming from patent infringement and distribution of counterfeit products, as well as claims of trade secret misappropriation.

Ryan’s expertise lies in complex commercial, class-action, white-collar and constitutional matters and he represents clients in industries such as software, healthcare, biotech, manufacturing and real estate.

Aronoff and Jenkins will be based in the firm’s Los Angeles office, while Ryan will be based in San Francisco.
