Plaintiffs' firm Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman & Robbins has hired former Duane Morris partners John Herman and Ryan Walsh to head up its newly formed IP litigation group in Atlanta.
Herman was previously co-chair of the IP practice group at Duane Morris, where he focused on representing inventors in patent infringement and licensing and other litigation matters.
Walsh also practised most recently in Duane Morris's IP group, and has handled a range of IP cases in the medical and telecommunications fields.
The firm's IP litigation team will be chiefly focused on enforcing the rights of inventors, innovators and universities.
