Greenberg Traurig has added former Howrey partner J James Li to its intellectual property practice as a shareholder.
Li’s technical background is in biomedical electronics design and neuroscience, and his practice focuses on business counselling and litigation, particularly with respect to complex technology matters involving all aspects of IP litigation.
He has experience litigating patent and trade secret cases in the electrical and biomedical industries, as well as copyright and trade mark cases, and also has represented clients in commercial disputes.
Li will be based in the firm’s Silicon Valley office.
