Duane Morris raids IP boutique

Duane Morris has hired four new IP partners from IP boutique Merchant & Gould.

Luke Anderson, Jeffrey Arnold, Joseph Bennett-Paris and William Capp will join the firm’s IP group in the Atlanta office.

Anderson is an experienced trial attorney who represents clients across industries including pharmaceuticals, nanotechnology, automotive, banking and communications in patent infringement, unfair competition and licensing disputes.

Arnold focuses on IP and particularly patent law, primarily in chemistry and chemical engineering, chemical manufacturing processes, medicinal chemistry and pharmaceuticals, with an emphasis on ANDA matters.

Bennett-Paris specializes in patent prosecution, non-infringement, patentability and other legal issues in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.

Capp has over two decades of litigation experience and concentrates on mechanical, electro-mechanical and chemical technology patent litigation.
