IP boutique Woodcock Washburn has added three new partners to its trade mark and copyright practice in Philadelphia.
Nancy Frasden, Stephen Meyers and Cheryl Slipski join the firm from Drinker Biddle, where they advised on a range of trade mark and copyright matters.
Frasden focuses on trade marks, copyrights, unfair competition, trade dress, cyberpiracy and domain name disputes, while Meyers spends his time on trade marks, unfair competition, copyrights, rights of publicity and trade secrets. Slipskis practice is centred in areas including licensing for all forms of intellectual property, copyright and trade mark litigation in the federal courts, copyright counselling and registration matters.
