More details emerge of China's IP plans

China's National Working Group for IPR Protection, headed by Vice Premier Wu Yi, has released more details about its 2006 IP action plan. Many of the proposals appear to be in response to specific criticisms about China's IP system from foreign governments, and from the US in particular.
