China IP court on the cards

China is one step closer to getting a specialized IP court after a senior official from the State Intellectual Property Office told the annual session of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference that present judicial procedures for safeguarding IP rights were "not efficient enough"

China is one step closer to getting a specialized IP court after a senior official from the State Intellectual Property Office told the annual session of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) that present judicial procedures for safeguarding IP rights were "not efficient enough".
